Can I cancel or stop an order that's already in production?

No. Once an order has entered production it cannot be stopped or cancelled, and changes are no longer possible at that point. Production is the point of no return.

• Make all design edits before you approve your final proof.
• Once you approve and the job enters production, the file is locked in.
• If you are unsure about anything, hold off on approval until it is resolved.
• To catch an issue, contact support before production rather than after.
• If you still need to raise it, contact support immediately with your order number and ask them to check the live production status. In the rare case a job can be pulled before printing, you are billed for the plates and imposition setup work already completed, and jobs that have started printing may only qualify for a shipping refund.
• Wait for written confirmation before assuming an order is stopped.
