Can I modify a reorder if I want to change quantities or paper type?
Answer
Yes, a reorder does not have to match your original job. You can adjust the details during the reprint process from your account.
- Log into your account and open your order history.
- Select reprint on the order you want to run again.
- Use the edit option at step 1 of the cart to change details such as size, quantity, paper type, and options like rounded corners.
- Follow the checkout steps to complete the updated order.
Reprinting reuses your existing artwork while letting you fine-tune the specs, so you do not have to build the order from scratch.
A common change is moving from gloss on both sides to C1S (coated one side). New specs can change the price and turnaround, and a reorder is priced at today's calculator price. A reorder with new artwork is not done on the website; contact support.
