What should I do if my proof doesn't show the entire design?

If your online proof is missing part of the artwork, do not approve it. A cut-off proof almost always means the uploaded file does not match the product's dimensions, so the fix is to reject the proof and upload a corrected file at the right size.

• Reject the proof instead of approving it
• Rebuild or resize your file to the exact product size (for example 4" x 6" for a standard postcard)
• Add the required 1/8" bleed so the design runs to the edge
• Keep key text inside the safe margin so it is not trimmed
• Upload the revised PDF and review the new proof before approving
