For a sales sheet, a print-ready PDF is the reliable choice, because fonts, colors, and layout stay locked in the file. Other design formats are accepted when they are exported to print specs.
- PDF (preferred): flatten transparencies and embed all fonts
- AI and EPS: vector files with fonts converted to outlines
- PSD and TIFF: flatten layers before exporting
