What file formats are accepted for mugs?
Answer
Mugs accept the standard print file types. PDF is preferred for the most accurate color reproduction on the wrap.

| High-res JPG / PNG | Photos and flat images |
- Use 300 DPI minimum in CMYK color mode.
- Design to the mug template and keep key art away from the handle seam, where the wrap edges meet.
TIFF and EPS files are also accepted. Flatten layers and embed or outline all fonts before you upload, and build the file at the print-area size of your mug without crop marks.
