No. Carbonless forms ship as loose sets; padded and book-bound formats are not offered.
- Choose 2 part (white, canary), 3 part (white, canary, pink), or 4 part (white, canary, pink, goldenrod) sets.
- Sizes are 5.5" x 8.5", 8.5" x 11", and 8.5" x 14", from 100 sets.
- Print in black or full color on the front, with a blank or black back.
- Need numbering? Add it in the order note at checkout.
