How can I access my account if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password, you can reset it yourself in a few seconds. On the account login section there is a Forgot Your Password link that starts the reset. Your username is simply the email address you registered with.

• Go to the account login section.
• Select the Forgot Your Password link and enter your account email.
• The system emails you a temporary password; sign in with it, then change it to a password of your choice in your account settings.
• Already signed in? You can change your password directly in account settings at any time.

If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder or contact our Support Team with the email on your account. Support can also reset your login and password for you, update or remove email addresses on the account, or locate the account from details such as your company name, phone number, or shipping address, and can even help you place an order without logging in.
