How do I submit custom orders or large projects?
Custom orders and large projects are handled by the support team rather than the standard checkout. Email all of your project specifications and files together so a representative can review the scope in one go.
- Size: finished dimensions in inches.
- Materials: stock or substrate and weight.
- Quantity: the run size, with any tiers you want compared.
- Special finishes: lamination, foil, coatings, or die cutting.
- Files: your artwork or a mockup.
A representative will review the specs and either return a quote or place the order for you, depending on where the project stands.
You can also use the Custom Project form at /custom-project, with your project details and a file upload up to 150MB; answers typically come within 1 to 2 business days. A mockup helps speed up the quote. To talk it through, call or text 718-932-2700, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM EST.
