What should I do if I get a 404 error when trying to upload files?
Answer
A 404 error or a broken upload link means the page could not load, not that anything is wrong with your file. You do not have to keep retrying a dead link.
- Email your artwork directly to customer support and they will place it on your order for you.
- Include your order number in the subject line so the file is matched to the right job right away.
- If the file is too large to email, send a download link instead and support will pull it in.
A quick refresh, a different browser, or clearing your cache will often fix the broken link too, but emailing support is the sure path if it keeps happening.
