How do I change the color of products in the template design tool?

The template design tool lets you recolor almost any element on your design, but changes apply to whatever you have selected rather than the whole layout at once. Click the piece you want to adjust first, then open the color controls to choose a new shade.

• Select the element: click a text block, shape, icon, or background until it shows a highlighted border.
• Open the color panel: use the fill or color swatch in the toolbar to pick a new color.
• Enter an exact value: type a specific CMYK or HEX code when you need to match brand colors instead of eyeballing a swatch.
• Repeat per element: text, outlines, and fills are colored independently, so apply your color to each piece you want to change.

If an element will not take a new color, it is usually part of a locked template or an imported image. Unlock the layer or swap the image to regain color control.
