How do I redeem coins or promotional credits at checkout?

Redeeming coins or a promotional credit happens right in the cart, using the coupon field on your order summary.

• Find the field: look for the "Add coupon" option on the right side of the screen in your cart.
• Where it appears: for a brand new order the code field is at Step 3 of the shopping cart, while for an order already in your account it sits at the bottom of the order summary section.
• Enter the code: add your coin coupon or promotional code there.
• Watch the total: the order summary updates to reflect the credit before you confirm.

Keep in mind you can only use one discount per order, so a coupon and coins cannot both apply to the same job.

To turn coins into a coupon, open My Influence in your account and trade them for a $5, $10 or $25 coupon (500, 1,000 or 2,500 coins), then enter the code in the coupon field. Apply coins before you place the order. Coins are earned only; they cannot be bought.
