Can I use both coins and a promo code for the same order?

No. A single order takes one discount, so you choose either coins or a promo code, not both together.
- Pick one: apply a promo code or apply coins, whichever saves you more on that order.
- No stacking: adding a promo code means coins cannot also be used for an extra discount on the same job; promotion restrictions keep offers from combining, so an existing discount such as 10% off can block a coin redemption on that order.
- Save the other for later: whichever you do not use stays available for a future order.
- Already redeemed coins for a coupon? If you also want to use an account discount code, contact support with your account email; the team can suggest a workaround or clarify which discount method saves you more.
