What type of files do you accept for Brochures?

We highly prefer a print-ready PDF for brochures, since it locks fonts, colors, and layout in place so your file prints exactly as designed. We also accept a few other formats when a PDF is not available:

• PDF - the preferred and most reliable format, ideally press-ready with fonts embedded or outlined to avoid substitution.
• .jpg - accepted for flattened, high-resolution artwork.
• .tiff - accepted for high-quality raster files.
• .eps - accepted for vector-based artwork.
• .ai and .psd - native Illustrator and Photoshop files are also accepted.

Whatever format you send, build the file in CMYK at 300 DPI minimum and include bleed so trimming stays clean across every folded panel. Starting from a free template keeps your dimensions, bleed, and fold guides correct for the size you choose.
