Why do I only see black as a print option when I upload a color design?

Seeing only a black print option usually means the color setting on the item in your cart still needs to be changed, not that your file lost its color. You can adjust the print option directly from the cart.

• Open your cart and find the item.
• Select the edit button for that item.
• Choose a color option such as 4/4 full color if it is available for that product.

If a full-color option does not appear at all, that product may be offered in limited ink configurations, so check the product page or contact support to confirm what color printing it supports.
