Question
What file size do I need for my order?
Answer
File size really means your artwork dimensions, and the right numbers depend on the exact product you are ordering, since every item has its own template.
- Each product page lists the correct document size along with bleed and safe margins.
- If your file comes in at the wrong size, the review team tells you the correct dimensions.
- Upload the corrected version to your order and a new proof is posted for approval.
| Setting | General guidance |
|---|---|
| Document size | Match the product template on the page |
| Bleed | Extend artwork about 0.125 in past each edge |
| Safe zone | Keep text roughly 0.125 in inside the trim |
| Resolution | 300 DPI at final size for sharp printing |
