How do I place an order using files I've already saved in my account?
Answer
Files you have already saved to your account can be reused on a new order, which saves you from uploading them again.
- Go to your saved files in your account.
- Select the file you want to use.
- Attach it while setting up your new order.
The Files section of your account holds the files you have used, and you can also reprint a past order from your order history (Actions, then Reprint), which reuses its approved files. File retention is not guaranteed, so keep your own backup.
