Question

How do I reattach or fix a banner that's come loose from its clamp frame hardware?

Answer

A banner that has slipped out of its clamp or frame hardware can almost always be reseated at home in a few minutes. Work slowly so you do not tear the banner edge or strip the clamp screws.

  • Reseat the edge: slide the banner back into the channel or clamp and make sure it is sitting evenly along the full length.
  • Retighten by hand: snug the clamp screws or tension bars, checking that the banner stays square as you go.
  • Even the tension: pull the opposite edge lightly so the banner is not sagging or pulled to one side.

If a grommet or clamp is actually damaged, the banner can be re-hemmed or fitted with new grommets so it grips the hardware again. If the piece arrived with a hardware fault out of the box, keep a photo and your order number and reach out to the seller so they can make it right.
