Question
What does 'one business day' mean for production and shipping timelines?
Answer
A business day is a standard Monday through Friday working day. Weekends and holidays do not count, so "one business day" never means a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday.
- Expedited production and shipping timelines are measured in business days only
- An order placed late in the day may start its count on the next business day
- Holidays that fall on a weekday are skipped in the count
If you need delivery by a specific event date, confirm with your printer that the selected options will get there in time.
