Answer
Print more raffle tickets than your expected attendance so you never run out during the event. A good rule of thumb is to add 30 to 50 percent on top of the guest count you plan for.
- Some attendees buy multiple tickets, which drains your supply faster than headcount suggests.
- Extras cover walk-ins and last-minute additions.
- Running out mid-event kills momentum, so err on the high side.
- Higher quantities lower the cost per ticket.
