Answer
Most printers accept PDF, AI, PSD, and JPEG files. For best results, submit a high-resolution PDF at 300 DPI with CMYK color mode. Boost saturation slightly since canvas can mute colors compared to coated stocks. Use your printer's template to get your dimensions and bleed zones right.
