Can I create a bookmark with different orientations on each side?
Answer
Yes. You can make a bookmark with one side vertical and the other horizontal, but this needs a design tool rather than a simple template flip.
- Build the artwork in software such as Photoshop or InDesign.
- Rotate the content on one side so its orientation differs from the other.
- Keep both sides at the same trim size with matching bleed so they align back to front.
Setting up each side as its own correctly oriented page keeps text readable however the bookmark is turned.
