Yes, QR codes print well on magnets as long as you give them enough size and contrast to scan reliably.
- Size: keep the code at least 0.75" x 0.75" so a phone camera can read it
- Contrast: use a dark code on a light background and avoid busy patterns behind it
- Quiet zone: leave a little clear space around all four sides
- Test first: print or preview the code at its final size and scan it before you place the order
