Buttons are small, so tight file setup matters: a clean, high-resolution file keeps artwork crisp all the way to the curved edge. Design a little extra image beyond the trim, because the printed sheet wraps around the button's rim and some art is lost to that curl.
- Formats: high-resolution PDF, AI, or PSD.
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum at final button size.
- Color: CMYK for predictable printed color.
- Fonts: convert all type to outlines so text does not shift.
- Bleed: extend art past the trim using a template sized for your button so the wrap area stays covered.
