Cotton stock has a soft texture that can swallow very fine detail, so set up your files to favor clarity and contrast.
- Color mode: CMYK for accurate print color.
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum at final size.
- Minimum text: keep type at 7pt or larger. Thin, tiny fonts can soften on the fiber.
- Line weight: avoid hairline rules and delicate strokes.
- Template: start from the product template so dimensions, bleed, and safe zones are already correct.
