- Variable content: print names, dates, addresses, and the letter body in-house on top of your pre-printed branding.
- Laser: toner fuses cleanly to uncoated stock and resists smudging.
- Inkjet: uncoated surfaces absorb ink well, though very heavy coverage can need a moment to dry.
- Avoid coated stocks for in-house runs, since gloss and silk finishes are not built for desktop toner or ink.
Keep a small test batch on hand to confirm your printer's tray and duplex settings before running a full stack.
