Can you print on both sides of acrylic?

It depends on the specific product and how the piece will be viewed. Small, handheld acrylic items are often printed on both sides, while wall prints and signs are usually single-sided with a backing layer for opacity.
- Double-sided friendly: keychains, tags, and other small items meant to be seen from both faces
- Single-sided by design: wall prints and signs, which get a white ink layer behind the art so colors stay solid against the wall
- Second-surface printing: on clear signs, art is often printed on the back so the smooth acrylic face protects it
