Plastic membership cards print on 30mil white plastic at 2.125" x 3.375", with a number for each member in sequence or as a barcode your front desk scans. You pay $226.11 for 250 cards or $693.46 for 2,000, and they take 15 business days.

For a gym or a club, add a LoCo or HiCo magnetic stripe for a card reader, a signature panel on the back, and a lanyard slot on the short or long side.
