What Makes PVC Different
PVC is polyvinyl chloride, a rigid plastic sheet. It doesn't absorb water, it resists scratches, and the ink sits on its surface instead of soaking in, so a design stays sharp through rain, spills and constant handling. Where PVC Earns Its Place

Designing for PVC
PVC is forgiving, but a few choices sharpen the result. Push contrast: strong blacks, vivid reds, and bright whites pop on plastic, while soft gradients can flatten out. For anything read from a distance, keep text large, roughly 24pt minimum for body copy on signs and banners, with headlines bigger still. The cards come in four fixed shapes and the boards are rectangles with an optional 1 inch corner, so keep logos and text at least an eighth of an inch from any edge.
