Laminated Printing, Product by Product

For something flat and rigid, Aluminum Sign Panels print on one side or both with 1/4 inch rounded corners and drilled holes as an option, and Framed Prints mount your image under 2.5mil matte laminate at 16 by 20, 18 by 24 or 24 by 32 inches in a brown, bronze black, natural wood or silver frame. For labels, Roll Stickers come in 88 sizes and Custom Holographic Stickers in 93, from 100 for $322.98 on a 3 inch core.

For paper pieces, the Perfect Bound Book starts at 10 books for $375.05, from 5.5 by 8.5 up to 8.5 by 11 inches with 40 or more inside pages and a 14pt or 80# gloss cover. Holographic Hangtags print on 16pt silk, gloss or velvet laminated card from 100, Spot UV Coated Greeting Cards on 16pt silk laminated card from 100, and Translucent Adhesive Vinyl cuts to a custom size for glass, printed in one layer for daytime or two layers for a lit window at night.

Gloss, Matte and Velvet Finishes

Gloss lamination adds a reflective surface that deepens color, which suits vivid roll stickers and a photo on an aluminum sign. Matte reads quieter, with a smooth non-reflective surface that flatters text-led designs and hides fingerprints on dark backgrounds. Velvet, one of the three cover laminates on the Perfect Bound Book, adds a soft texture to the cover.

A laminate also adds a little body, which helps roll stickers dispense cleanly and protects the cover of a perfect bound book through handling. Spot UV on the silk laminated greeting cards puts a gloss accent against the low-sheen background.
