What happens when my order is ready for pickup?

Once your order is finished and ready to collect, we let you know by email so you can plan your visit.

• Notification: you receive an email as soon as the order is completed and ready for pickup.
• Early finishes: if your order wraps up ahead of its scheduled completion date, you are notified by email then too.
• Flexible timing: this lets you arrange pickup at a time that works for you.
• Bring confirmation: have your order number or the pickup email handy when you arrive.
