After our team prepares your free online proof, you get an email letting you know it is ready to review. Your order is only authorized for print production once you actively approve that proof, so nothing prints until you give the go-ahead.

• Watch for the email notification that your proof is ready.
• Open the proof and review the layout, text, colors, and dimensions carefully.
• Click the Approve button to finalize the order and release it to production.
• If you would rather not approve it yourself, you can ask our support team to approve it on your behalf.

Approving promptly matters, because your turnaround clock does not start until the proof is approved.
