If text crosses the trim line (the red margin guide), it will be cut off, so the design needs adjusting before printing. Pull the text inward, re-upload, and reject the current proof.
- Move all text inside the safe area, away from the trim.
- Re-upload the corrected file.
- Reject the proof so the uncorrected version does not print.
- If several versions exist, attach the correct file in your message to support for clarity.
