Can I request packing details like how many items are in each box?
Answer
Every 4OVER4 order includes a packing slip, but by default individual item counts per box are not tracked on multi-box shipments. If you need that, you can set it up as a standing request on your account.
- Standard shipments do not itemize counts per box
- Ask support to add a special account note for future orders
- The note can request specific packing or labeling, such as quantities marked per box
- Add the request when you place the order so it applies to that run
