Can I request packing details like how many items are in each box?

By default, 4OVER4 does not include packing slips or track individual item counts per box on multi-box shipments. If you need that, you can set it up as a standing request on your account.

• Standard shipments do not itemize counts per box
• Ask support to add a special account note for future orders
• The note can request specific packing or labeling, such as quantities marked per box
• Add the request when you place the order so it applies to that run
