Question
Can 4OVER4 print stickers with holographic foil?
Answer
Yes, 4OVER4 can print stickers with holographic foil, a rainbow, prism-like finish that shifts color and shine as it catches the light. Keep a couple of things in mind about how the finish behaves.
- Text and art on foil: anything printed over the holographic foil will look semi-transparent rather than fully opaque, similar to the effect in a mockup.
- Foil pattern: the holographic pattern has its own distinct look and may not match a mockup exactly.
- Durability: specialty stickers print on durable stock that holds up to daily handling.
Knowing this ahead of time helps you design for the effect, so plan for the shimmer to show through lighter areas rather than expecting solid, flat color on top of the foil. For a specific effect or an unusual size, reach out so the team can confirm feasibility, turnaround, and pricing.
