What are the space requirements for an address field if I want automatic merging?
Answer
For orders that go through automatic mail merge, the address field needs enough clear space for the system to place addresses without a person handling it. The minimum is 4 inches wide by 2.5 inches high.

If you can, design the address area at or above the minimum so the order qualifies for automatic processing. A smaller field still works, but it moves to manual handling and adds a processing fee.
