Why aren't shipping method options appearing in my order?

Shipping methods and rates are calculated from your delivery location, so the options usually appear only once a complete, valid address is on the order.
- Enter the full address: street, city, state, and ZIP all need to be saved before methods can be quoted.
- Check for errors: a mistyped ZIP or an incomplete field can stop the rates from loading.
- Save and refresh: confirm the address is saved on the order, then reload the shipping step.
