Why are only pickup options showing in my shipping method selection?
Answer
When only pickup shows up as a shipping method, it usually means a valid shipping address has not been saved to the account yet. Adding one brings the carrier options back.
- Add and save a valid shipping address in your account.
- Return to the shipping step and the carrier method options should appear.
- If they still do not load, contact support with your order number.
Support can update the shipping method on your order directly, so a stubborn checkout screen never has to stop you from placing the order.
