What can't you deliver or ship to my PO Box?

Delivery to a PO Box depends on the carrier and product. Many orders ship by UPS, which does not deliver to PO Boxes, so anything shipping UPS needs a physical street address instead. PO Box delivery is possible when the order can travel through USPS.

• If your product ships by UPS Ground, plan to provide a street address rather than a PO Box.
• When your location has both a street address and a PO Box, enter the street address at checkout.
• If checkout rejects the PO Box, that is the carrier restriction, not an error on your end.
