How is my order shipped?
Answer
The shipping method and carrier depend on the delivery location. We ship all orders via UPS or messenger.
- UPS methods: Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
- Messenger (NYC vicinity): choose Messenger to Queens, Messenger to Brooklyn, or Messenger to Manhattan.
- Customer pickup: available at our facility in Astoria, Queens, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Freight: we work with many freight carriers and can send your order with freight anywhere in the US. This is a great option for larger orders, where trucking can bring great savings versus UPS Ground.
