How do I correct my shipping or billing address?
Contact customer support as soon as you notice a wrong shipping or billing address, ideally right after ordering. Give them your order number and the correct details, and they update the order before it ships.
- Act quickly: address changes are easiest before the order enters shipping.
- Full details: provide the complete corrected shipping and billing information.
- Confirmation: support confirms the updated details with you to avoid a second error.
- Invoice: a corrected invoice is issued so your records match the new address.
You can also update the shipping and billing details yourself in your account while the order is not approved yet. A new ZIP code can change the shipping price and transit time, and a higher price is charged as the difference. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so give a street address. Once the order has shipped, a change means a carrier intercept, which is very difficult and handled case by case through support@4over4.com.
