Question
What should I do if I rejected the online proof for my order?
Answer
Rejecting an online proof does not cancel your order. It simply tells the file team that the current artwork needs a fix, so the next step is to send in the corrected file and let a new proof be generated.
- Log into your account and open the order by its order number.
- Use the Upload button tied to that order to submit the corrected file.
- A print-ready PDF built in CMYK with 1/8" (0.125") bleed gives the cleanest result.
- Once the file lands, a fresh proof is prepared for you to review and approve before anything prints.
- If you cannot locate the upload button, reach out to support with your account email and order number and the team can post the file for you.
Your order stays paused at the proofing stage until you approve the new proof, so there is no risk of the rejected version going to press.
