Answer

If a proof has not fully loaded when you view it, reject the current proofs to request a fresh proof link.

  • Log into your 4OVER4 account and click the order number.
  • Select "Reject Proofs" to flag the incomplete proof.
  • A new proof link is generated once the files are ready.
  • The new link is sent to you for review.
