What if I'm not happy with my online proof?

If the proof does not look right, you do not have to approve it. Rejecting sends your job back for changes, and nothing prints until you are satisfied.

• Open the order in your 4OVER4 account and click the Reject My Proofs button on the proofs page.
• Add a short message describing exactly what needs to change, such as text edits, color, image placement, or sizing.
• Your rep reviews the notes, updates the files, and posts a fresh proof for you to review again.
• You can request changes as many times as needed, since the job only moves to press once you approve.
