Answer

Once your order is created in the system after checkout, the proof cycle begins, and your card is not charged until you authorize production.

  • We review your order and prepare digital proofs
  • You receive an email notification when the proofs are ready
  • You view the proofs in your account
  • After reviewing and approving, you authorize the order for production
  • Your credit card is charged only after you authorize production
