How do I view and approve a proof before my order prints?

Proof approval is your final sign-off before anything is printed, so it is worth a careful look. When your proof is ready you will get an email with a link, and you review and approve everything from your account.

• Open the email notification and click the link, or log in and open the order.
• Review the proof closely for spelling, layout, image placement, and color.
• Approve the proof to release the order to production, or reject it to request changes.

Nothing goes to the press until you approve, so take your time. If something looks off, reject it and describe the fix rather than approving and hoping for the best.
