How do I reject a proof and upload new artwork for my order?
Answer
When your order shows "Online Proof Available" in your account, you can reject the proof and swap in new artwork right from the proof viewer.
- Open the viewer: Click into the online proof for the correct order.
- Reject or revise: Use the rejection or revision option inside the viewer.
- Upload new files: Once the proof is rejected, upload your corrected artwork.
If you cannot find the rejection option, make sure you are viewing the right order from your account dashboard. The team then processes your new files and posts a fresh proof.
