Question

What type of files do you accept for Plastic Business Cards?

Answer

Print-ready PDF is the format we recommend for Plastic Business Cards because it keeps your fonts, colors, and vector edges intact all the way to press. We also accept a few other common file types if PDF isn't an option.

  • PDF (preferred): print-ready, with fonts embedded or outlined and images flattened.
  • JPG: flattened raster art, saved at maximum quality to avoid compression artifacts.
  • TIFF: high-resolution raster, ideal for photo-heavy designs.
  • EPS: vector artwork with fonts converted to outlines.

For the cleanest result on plastic stock, build every file at 300 DPI in CMYK color, add 1/8" of bleed on all sides, and keep important text and logos inside the safe margin.
