Tax may appear in your account before you place the order. It is removed only when a valid tax exemption certificate is on file.
- Before placing: tax can show in your account view.
- Tax exempt: tax is removed only with a valid certificate on file.
- Final invoice: without a certificate on file, the invoice includes tax.
If a final invoice shows tax although your certificate is on file, contact support with your order details so it can be corrected.
