When I place an order, when am I actually charged?

Submitting an order does not charge you. 4OVER4 first creates free online proofs for you to review, and payment only happens after you authorize the job to print.

• At submission: your details and files are submitted, but no charge is applied.
• Free proofs: 4OVER4 prepares online proofs for your review in your account.
• At authorization: you are charged once you review the proof and approve the order to print.
• Production begins: your job enters the print queue only after that approval and charge.

This gives you a chance to confirm the artwork looks right before any payment is taken. If you spot an error on the proof, you can request changes before approving, which means before you are billed.
