Bleed on all packaging products is 1/8 inch on each side, which adds up to 1/4 inch total across the piece. Extending your background and artwork into that bleed area keeps thin white slivers from showing up after the box is trimmed.
- Per side: 1/8 inch of bleed.
- Total added: 1/4 inch across the full dimension.
- Keep text safe: hold important copy inside the safe zone, away from the trim.
